- I will be trying to get the next newsletter out by the end of the month, as long as i can get off my butt and start writing it....still need some news from the world out there to fill in the blank pages that i already have. If you have anything that you would like seen in the next paper send it to the LMA and i will make sure it gets into it.
- cleaned up the site a little and updated the site with all the info the members sent us by email, sorry for the delay.
- HISTORY is now back on line.

- I would like to thank everyone for their patience, with the recent site problems. There was an over site on my part with not providing the service provider with my updated contact information. We didn't lose the site, but until things were sorted the site was inaccessible. Please accept my apologies.
- I have updated the site with all the emails and information that you members have sent me over the last few months. Brian Dolph once again has done a great job in updating the site in my absence. Thanks you Brian.
- The Committee has been working over the summer to recruit New and Old members and once again we are currently working on a newsletter to be sent out sometime in the next month. If you have any bits of news that you would like to see in the next newsletter just email it the the LMA and we will add it for the world to see.

- Over the past several years, VIA Rail has provided free or significantly-discounted ticket prices for military personnel, veterans, and family members during the summer month(s). Please visit our announcements page for further details.
The New Committee is ready to work hard to make the next term better than ever. We are open to suggestions on improving the website, the Reunion and the LMA in general. If you have any suggestions on how to make things better, drop us a line and we will try to work on it for you.
The New Committee consists of:

Melanie Ross - Secretary
Dennis Culver - Vice Secretary and Shadow Treasurer.

This is an association of present and past Military Traffic Technicians, Logistic Officers and Civilians of the Canadian Armed Forces.
About the LMA
Our purpose
- The purpose is to constitute an association, not for profit, of those persons who are or have been in the past,, members of the Traffic Technician Trade of former single service affiliate, including Logistics officer who have served in the Movements field and civilian personnel employed in the movements duties.
Objectives
The objectives for the Logistics Movers Association are:
a. to bring about the unity of all who have so served;
b. to further among them the spirit of comradeship, mutual help and esprit-de-corps; and
c. to perpetuate the memory and deeds of the fallen.
Every two (2) years the Logistics Movers Association hold a national reunion usually in Trenton, Ontario. (the next on will be in 2009)
